Walking in Francis Guy's Brooklyn - Character Art (2019)

Walking in Francis Guy's Brooklyn is a WebGL game developed by the Tesseract Center for Immersive Environments and Game Design in association with the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art to explore the painting and history of Francis Guy's "Winter Scene in Brooklyn". For this project, I developed concept art and the 2.5D characters which inhabit the painting. This is a small look at the development behind the characters. I discuss more about the creation process and technical development on our blog which can be read here: http://tesseract.uark.edu/blog/2-5d-characters/
